ARTICLE 1: Parties

1.1. SELLER (Service Provider):

1.2. BUYER (User): A real or legal person who purchases a subscription/service through the system, whose information is collected during the payment process.

ARTICLE 2: Subject

The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and execution of the AI-powered sports analytics digital subscription service ordered by the Buyer electronically through the JARWEX platform owned by the Seller, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Selling Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 3: Service Features and Price

The purchased service is the right to digital access for a specified period (monthly/annual, etc.) to the features and analysis tools specified on the JARWEX platform. The total sale price including all taxes is clearly stated on the payment page.

ARTICLE 4: General Provisions

  • The Buyer acknowledges that they are informed about the basic characteristics, sale price, payment method, and delivery (digital access) conditions of the service subject to the contract.
  • Since the service is of digital content nature, it is performed at the time of payment and the user gains immediate access to the platform.
  • Subscription services may be periodically renewed (monthly, etc.) unless cancelled.

ARTICLE 5: Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

Pursuant to Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Selling Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised within the scope of "contracts for services that are performed immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer". Since the Buyer gains immediate access to analysis services after payment, this transaction is not subject to refund.

ARTICLE 6: Dispute Resolution

In the application of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards at the Buyer's place of residence and Consumer Courts are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade.
