Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Conditions for Digital Services

Products and services offered within the JARWEX platform (AI-Powered Sports Analytics Service) are classified as digital content. Upon completing the payment, the user gains access to analysis algorithms, historical data, and real-time signals.

Pursuant to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Selling Contracts Regulation, "services that are performed immediately in electronic form and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, refunds are not provided for sold subscription packages and digital services.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users with auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly Plan) can cancel their subscriptions at any time.

  • You can cancel through the user dashboard or by sending an email to info@jarwex.com.
  • Once cancellation is processed, no charges will be made for the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for the current subscription period (the month already paid for); however, you can continue using the platform until the service period ends.

3. System Errors and Special Cases

In cases of service interruptions lasting more than 48 hours due to technical issues originating from the JARWEX infrastructure, or erroneous transactions such as duplicate (double) charges, an investigation will be initiated upon user support request. If a technical error is confirmed, only the erroneously charged amounts or compensation for unused days may be refunded to the relevant card/account.
